* Approval signal. Every approval, edit, redirect, or rejection is captured as signal. Over time this teaches the system what works for the buyer and the buyer's audience — and sharpens what it produces next.

† Sharpening Loop. After content reviews, the system periodically asks the operator a question — about the business, the audience, or what's working — and uses the answer to sharpen what it produces next.

§ What the engines do

Content Engine. Produces the marketing output that goes to the buyer's audience — LinkedIn posts, blog posts, newsletters, video scripts. Runs on the cadence agreed at intake. Output surfaces for approval; nothing publishes without sign-off.

Outbound Engine. Produces outbound sequences and warm outreach drafts targeted at the buyer's ICP. Runs alongside the Content Engine to drive pipeline. Same approval flow — drafts surface, the buyer approves or redirects.

FAQ

Questions about price and terms.

What it costs, what you're committing to, and what happens if you walk away.

How much does Groundworks AI cost?

Scout costs €49 per month, or €399 per year — which saves €189 against the monthly rate. Scout Team costs €249 per month, or €1,990 per year, saving €998. Both tiers are billed through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time. Prices are exclusive of VAT: Finnish ALV or applicable EU VAT is added where required, and EU business subscribers may account for it under the reverse-charge mechanism. Scout is live now; Scout Team ships in Autumn 2026.

What's the difference between Scout and Scout Team?

Scout is the platform founder-operated — built for a one-to-three person team where the founder runs marketing themselves. It covers four content types: LinkedIn posts, outbound email sequences, blog posts, and newsletters.

Scout Team is the same system team-operated, for a 4–20 person company with a marketer in seat. It adds two content types — warm outreach and video scripts — roughly doubles the cadence ceiling on each type, connects integrations including Beehiiv and social publishing, and adds the Monthly Brief, a CMO-style touchpoint you can read or ignore. Both tiers run the same engine and the same approve-don't-prompt review flow.

Is there a free trial?

There's no time-limited trial, because you don't need one to answer the question you're actually asking. You can run Scout for free before you sign up: give it your web address and it reads your public pages, shows you the profile of your business it built, and writes a Quarterly Theme and a LinkedIn post from it.

That run creates no account and no subscription, and we never ask for a payment method — if you walk away, there's nothing to cancel. Billing only starts when you choose to subscribe.

Do you bill monthly or annually?

Either — you choose at sign-up, and Stripe processes both. Annual is the cheaper route: Scout is €399 a year against €588 at the monthly rate, and Scout Team is €1,990 a year against €2,988. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. If we change a price, we give at least 30 days' notice before it applies to a future period, and you can cancel before renewal if you don't accept it.

What happens to my content if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for. On cancellation we provide an export of your content within 48 hours, then delete your data within 30 days — apart from billing records we're required by law to keep. There are no refunds for partial periods, except where mandatory law requires one. Full detail is in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice.

Are the content caps limits or targets?

Ceilings, not quotas. Scout's caps are 10 LinkedIn posts a week, 8 blog posts a month, 4 outbound email sequences a month, and 1 newsletter a month; Scout Team roughly doubles each and adds warm outreach and video scripts. Nothing obliges you to hit those numbers — you set the cadence you actually want on the settings page, and you can dial it down or back up at any time.
