How often should I post on LinkedIn for my business?
Two to four times a week. Once a week if that is what you can keep up. The frequency matters less than never stopping.
The short answer
Two to four posts a week is plenty for a business. Every working day is better if you can sustain it, and once a week is fine if you cannot. Below once a week, people forget you exist between posts.
The number that matters is not posts per week. It is months without stopping.

Why consistency beats volume
Most people who read your posts see one in ten. If you post once a month, they see you a few times a year. If you post three times a week, they see you most weeks — and that is what makes a name familiar.
A burst of daily posts followed by silence does less than a steady two a week. LinkedIn, and people, reward the steady one.
What stops most businesses
Not knowing what to post. The blank page, at 9am on a Tuesday, with a business to run. That is where most LinkedIn plans die, usually in the second month.
The fix is not discipline. It is removing the blank page: a rough draft to react to instead of a cursor to stare at.
A realistic plan
Pick a number you can actually hold — two a week is a good start. Write about the work: what happened, what you noticed, what you would tell a customer. Do not skip a week for the first three months.
After that, raise the number if you want to. Most people find that once it is a habit, three or four a week is no harder than two.
If you would rather not write it yourself. Scout writes one LinkedIn post every working day, in your voice, about your business — up to ten a week. You approve the ones you like. The blank page goes away, and so does the stopping.
