Scout Team · Live

It won't replace your marketer. It just does the heavy lifting.

You've got one marketer — two days a week, maybe, or a fractional who splits their time. They're good. And most of those hours go on running the channels, because that's what has to happen every week. The content those channels exist for is what never gets written. Scout Team writes it, in your voice, and your marketer approves it.

  • Four seats included
  • LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, outbound
  • €299 a month, cancel any time

On sale since 21 September 2026. Sign up and choose Scout Team at checkout — or book the call and we'll walk you through it first.

The week your marketer actually has

The channels get run. The content doesn't get written.

Small companies don't do a lot of marketing — but what they do has to happen every week, and one person is doing all of it.

Where the hours go

Keeping it all running

  • The website — pages, updates, the odd landing page
  • The company LinkedIn page, and nudging you to post on yours
  • The newsletter — building it, sending it, the list
  • The ad account, if there is one
  • Whatever sales needed yesterday

None of it is optional. All of it is the job.

What never gets written

The content the channels exist for

  • The post that shows how you think about the problem you solve
  • The piece a prospect reads before they take the call
  • The article search could send someone to
  • The posts worth putting money behind
  • The newsletter that says something

Your marketer knows exactly what all of this should say. They don't have the day it takes to write it. That's the day Scout Team gives back.

What changes

The drafting moves to Scout Team. The judgement stays with your marketer.

Scout Team drafts on a schedule your marketer sets. They approve it, edit it, or send it back. Their two days stop being spent producing and go on the work only they can do — deciding what to say, where, and to whom.

01 · LinkedIn

Your LinkedIn, and theirs

Your marketer runs the company channels. You and two colleagues each get your own LinkedIn presence — drafted from what you actually know, approved by nobody but you.

02 · Company channels

Blog, newsletter, outbound

The channels a company owns rather than a person: blog posts, newsletters, outbound email sequences, warm outreach, video scripts — on cadence, with the newsletter going straight through to Beehiiv.

03 · Paid & search

The pieces your spend needs

The posts worth boosting. The article an ad can land on. The case study you gate behind a form. Paid media and SEO both need something to point at — this is that something.

04 · On demand

The one-off jobs

A press release, an investor update, the announcement, the internal notice. On demand, with a monthly allowance sized to cover a busy month. Only heavy use costs more, and never by surprise.

05 · The Brief

A Monthly Brief

A CMO-style read on what went out and what to do next month. Read it or ignore it — it's there for context, not homework.

06 · The pace

You set the cadence

Nothing on the cadence is metered. Set the pace you actually want on the settings page, and dial it up or down whenever you like. Ceilings, not quotas.

Four seats, four different jobs

One person holds the function. Three people lend it what they know.

Scout Team isn't a bigger Scout — it's a wider job. The seats do different things, and the rule about whose name goes on what is simple.

Main user

Your marketer

Holds every company channel, the schedule and the publishing. Sets the cadence. Approves, edits or sends back everything that goes out under the company's name.

Their own LinkedIn, too — 20 posts a week if they want them.

Seat

You

Your own LinkedIn, in your own voice, drafted from what you know. Add the thing only you know to a company piece, or edit a draft, in the time it takes to read it.

If it goes out under your name, you approve it. Nobody can do it for you.

Seat

A colleague

The one who's closest to the customer, or the product. Same deal: their own LinkedIn, their own voice, and a way to feed what they know into company content.

If it doesn't carry their name, their silence never holds it up.

Seat

Another colleague

Sales, engineering, the co-founder. The people whose day-to-day is the real substance of your marketing, and who would never write a post about it unprompted.

Four seats included. More at €29 a month each.

Extra seats are €29 a month, flat — the same on monthly and annual, and each one adds its own 10 LinkedIn posts a week. Built for the handful of people who carry your story, not for a seat per employee.

Why this and not a chatbot

Your marketer can already generate a post.

What they can't get from a general tool is content that reads as you — and that's the whole point, because your market reads what you publish as evidence of how you think.

Scout Team learns the way you and your team already write, and works from what you know rather than what the internet knows. Every draft starts from your business, your customers and what changed this week — not from a prompt.

We believe that's what makes people stop and read. It's the bet the product is built to test, and we don't grade our own homework on it.

What it costs

One price. Four seats. The channels a company owns.

Set it against what it costs when the content simply doesn't exist — the prospect who reads nothing before the call, the ad with nowhere to land, the newsletter that didn't go out.

Monthly or annual, billed through Stripe, cancel any time. Prices exclude VAT.

The fine print, up front

What we're honest about.

  • It's new

Scout Team went on sale on 21 September 2026. We'll walk you through it before you buy, and your marketer can be running it the same week. Scout — the single-seat version — is there too if you want to see the engine first.

  • It isn't an agency

Nothing goes out under the company's name that your marketer hasn't seen, and nothing goes out under a colleague's name that they haven't approved themselves. That approval step is the point — it's what keeps the content yours.

  • It doesn't run itself

If your marketer leaves, the system doesn't carry on without them. Scout Team makes one good marketer worth a team. It doesn't make the marketer optional.

  • The allowance is sized for a busy month

On-demand pieces — a case study, a press release, an investor update — come with a monthly allowance. Go well past it and you pay a modest rate, against a ceiling you set yourself. When you reach it, Scout pauses and tells you rather than carrying on and charging. See our terms.

Twenty minutes. Bring your marketer.

We'll show it running against your own website, and they'll tell you in the room whether it's real.
